Thank you all so much for your prayers for Silas. God has answered the prayers according to His will and precious Silas Boaz went home to be with his Lord early this morning. He fought well, and it seems his life was snuffed prematurely...however, God had a better plan for his life. No more suffering, no more pain, no more treatments, no more tests...he is in Heaven now. I do not pretend to know what his family is feeling right now, but I know that they are most likely overwhelmed with grief because they have lost a child...and filled with much joy as their baby is now in the presence of God Almighty and no longer suffers. Please continue to pray for them, the Blackburn family as they begin the journey of healing and adjustment. Pray for their strength, emotional and physical as well as for the siblings that are left behind.
If you feel led to send a card of condolence to the family, and/or a monetary donation as they are facing many medical expenses and funeral arrangements I know that it would be a big blessing and encouragement to them. The address is:

Again, thank you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
God never moves without purpose or plan
When trying His servant and molding a man.
Give thanks to the LORD though your testing seems long;
In darkness He giveth a song.
I could not see through the shadows ahead;
So I looked at the cross of my Savior instead.
I bowed to the will of the Master that day;
Then peace came and tears fled away.
Now I can see testing comes from above;
God strengthens His children and purges in love.
My Father knows best, and I trust in His care;
Through purging more fruit I will bear.
O Rejoice in the LORD
He makes no mistake,
He knoweth the end of each path that I take,
For when I am tried
And purified,
I shall come forth as gold.
